Missions Coordinator

Callie serves as the Missions Coordinator at FBC Kaufman, where she helps plan and lead mission trips that build lasting partnerships and open doors for gospel impact. Her primary focus is coordinating the annual Germany mission trip for high school seniors, college students, and young adults. Her hope is to foster meaningful friendships with local churches as teams serve side by side to make Jesus known.

Callie has been part of FBC Kaufman since 5th grade and joined the staff nearly a decade ago. She holds an undergraduate degree from Dallas Baptist University and nursing degrees from TVCC and UTA. In addition to her work with missions, Callie also works full-time as a registered nurse, using both skill and compassion to serve others in every season of life. She’s passionate about equipping missionaries to boldly share the gospel, serve selflessly, and be ready for hard conversations when they come. Whether she’s leading a training session or walking alongside a student through their first international trip, Callie is driven by one goal—to make Jesus known in all places.

In her free time, you’ll find her outdoors with a good book or coffee on the porch, walking her dogs, or snacking on popcorn and Dot’s pretzels.
