Cameron Polk

Worship Pastor

Cameron serves as the Worship Pastor at FBC Kaufman, where he leads and coordinates weekly worship services, trains new worship leaders, and prepares the facilities and teams for both Sunday mornings and midweek gatherings. He works closely with the worship team, youth band, and children's music ministry to create meaningful, Christ-centered worship experiences that draw people to the feet of Jesus.

A graduate of East Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies (emphases in Philosophy and Music), Cameron also holds a Master of Arts in Worship Studies from Dallas Baptist University. He grew up at FBC Kaufman and began serving in a support role in 2018 before joining full time in January 2025. His greatest passion is helping people understand worship not just as music, but as a way of learning theology and living in response to who God is.

When he’s not behind a guitar or planning services, Cameron loves cars, coffee, and tabletop games. He makes espresso every morning, keeps a pour-over set in his office, and enjoys working on cars when time allows. He’s been married to his wife Shannon for nearly seven years, and together they’re raising their son Percy, who loves anything with an engine.
