Pastor of FBC en Español

Pablo serves as the Spanish Pastor at FBC Kaufman, where he provides leadership and spiritual care for our Spanish-speaking congregation. His work supports the overall mission of FBC Kaufman—reaching Kaufman County and the world for Christ, one changed life at a time—by helping people grow in faith, community, and purpose.

Pablo holds a Doctorate from Campbell University Divinity School and both an MBA and MHA from Dallas Baptist University. With a deep love for spiritual formation, he is passionate about helping people reach their full potential—spiritually, emotionally, and personally—through the transformative power of the gospel.

Outside of ministry, Pablo enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with his family. He’s a coffee lover, a seafood fan, and always up for a good TV show. He and his wife Jilma have two children and two grandchildren, Levi and Eli, who bring joy to their lives. Pablo’s greatest treasure is his family, especially the love and partnership he shares with Jilma.
