Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff

Rebecca serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff at FBC Kaufman, where she brings warmth, organization, and a servant’s heart to everything she does. Whether supporting behind the scenes during the week or welcoming families on Sundays as part of the New Here Team and Kids Ministry, Rebecca is passionate about creating a church experience where everyone feels seen and cared for.

She graduated with a degree in Elementary Education from a small Christian college in Crown Point, Indiana. Though she only recently joined the staff, Rebecca and her family have been part of the FBC Kaufman community since being invited by their neighbors—Pastor Brent and Julie—and quickly found a place to belong.

Outside of church, Rebecca homeschools her children and is deeply involved in the Hidden Acres homeschool co-op. She loves reading self-help and murder mystery books, listening to podcasts, and enjoying a good HTeaO or Coke Zero. Favorite snacks include Hershey bars, fruit, and Halo Top. She’s the proud mom of four—Lynsay, Lyza, JT, and Bella—who keep her life full and meaningful.
