Your child is so important!
Baby dedication is a precious moment when our church prays over a child and their family. It’s a moment of commitment for moms and dads and a pledge from our church to help you along the way. We know that parenting is not easy. We want to partner with you in any way we can, and we would be honored to pray with you and for you. You are welcome to invite friends and family! A photo spot will be set up to help you and your family remember this special moment.
Dedication Day Schedule
At 9:30 a.m. there is a new parents milestone brunch. This is space for you to consider raising your child and ways that our church can partner with you and support you. Then at 11:00 a.m. baby dedication will take place in the morning worship service. Families will receive a keepsake frame to display their family picture taken that day. Newborns receive a small Bible and letter from the Pastor to open on their 13th birthday.

The new parents’ brunch is a place to connect with other parents in our church who are dedicating their child. It also a space for you to consider the years ahead for your newborn. Finally, it serves to resource and support you in your new parent journey.

We have childcare available for any range of kids you have. If you would like to keep your newborn with you during the brunch, that works great too!

You will be brought onstage with other families that are dedicating their newborn. The pastor will pray for your family and then their will be a photo opportunity for your family to remember this special day. You will also receive a gift from our church!

Both the purpose as well as the logistics of dedication are discussed during the brunch, so it is really important that you make this part of the day! If there is something you cannot get around, we will work with your family on it. Generally speaking, both are important to be apart of for the day to make sense.

Yes! Unless you've already attended this brunch in the past with another child you've dedicated at the church, it's important that you make this part of the event.
