What new members are saying

"The smallest big church we've ever been to."

Big church, small-town heart. We hear it all the time: FBC Kaufman looks big from the parking lot and feels like family once you're inside.

“The church really knows how to love people well. It truly is a perfect example of what church family is.”

“We’ve found people who truly care about us and our kids, pray alongside us, celebrate our wins, and genuinely want to see our family grow and be blessed.”

“We would come one Sunday and then not come back for a couple of weeks. But the same people would greet us and REMEMBER OUR NAMES! We’ve found our people, built relationships, and found a place where we truly feel like family!”

Your first Sunday, step by step

From the parking lot to your seat

1

Park and catch a golf cart

Park in any open spot. Our golf carts run all morning, offering rides across the parking lot right to the front doors. Arrive about 15 minutes early.

2

Check in the kids at the Beth James Children's Building

See where kids go for each service hour at fbckaufman.com/starthere. You'll get a matching security tag, and only you can pick them up.

3

Grab some coffee

It's ready at the coffee bar in the Worship Venue. Then stop by the info desk for a Bible or something to take notes with.

4

Find a seat in the Worship Venue

Sit anywhere. Ushers can help you find a spot.

5
Before you leave

Stop by the welcome desk

Let us know you were here. We'll give you a voucher for a free drink at HTeaO in town, plus information about who we are as a church, our age-based ministries, and LifeGroups.

It's right inside the Worship Venue lobby. You can't miss it.

What to expect

The questions everybody wonders about (but nobody asks out loud)

Will you make me stand up and introduce myself?

Nope. No standing, no spotlight, no microphone in your face. Fair warning, though: lots of welcoming people here will want to meet you and say hello!

How long is this thing?

About 60 minutes of music, prayer, and a practical, applicational message aimed at transformation for your life and family. And yes, we know about Sunday lunch AND the Cowboys game.

Do I have to dress up?

Boots, Sunday best, or the hoodie you've owned since high school. Wear whatever you're comfortable in.

What if I don't know the songs?

Sing along, hum along, or just soak it in. Nobody's grading.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just yourself. Forgot a Bible? The info desk has you covered.

What if I still have questions?

Flag down anyone in a lanyard, or reply to the text we send. A real human answers.

02We love all people and care about the forgotten.
03We do whatever it takes to lead people to Jesus.

07We build leaders who impact the future.
08We invest in families and the next generation.
09We transform our county by serving others.
10We do what we do with excellence.
