The Basics

Yes to both. Admission is free and there's no registration — members and neighbors alike. Bring a friend.

Lawn chairs and sunscreen. It's July in Texas, so dress comfortably — we'll have cooling stations, shade, and plenty of water.

Yes. A parking team and greeters will meet you at the entrance. Arrive a few minutes early to get settled.

Food & Fun

Burgers, dogs, potato salad, chips, watermelon, kettle corn, ice cream, and popsicles — plus soda, lemonade, sweet tea, and water. Allergy-friendly options are labeled; for a severe allergy, call the office ahead.

Plenty, by age. Little ones: splash pad, bubbles, sandboxes, chalk art, storytime. Grade school: sponge tag, tug o' war, slip 'n slide, face painting. Middle & high: gaga ball, capture the flag, obstacle course, dunk tank, 7-on-7.

For sure. Adults: wiffle ball, cornhole, horseshoes, frisbee golf, giant lawn games, photo booth. Seniors: jigsaw competition, bingo, a cake walk, checkers, and Uncle Sam's Car Show.

Stop by the sign-up table on the concourse Sunday, add your name, and tell us what you're bringing so we can save your space. Blue ribbon winners announced at 8.

Comfort & Safety

Cooling stations with misters, fans, and shade are set up across the grounds, plus plenty of water. We have a weather plan — watch our social pages for updates.

There's a designated lighting area with sand buckets, and kids under 5 get glow sticks instead.

Kids get a wristband with a parent's number at check-in, and there's a marked meet-up spot. Volunteers in identifying shirts are stationed throughout.

First-Time Guests

Yes. Our Welcome Tent has greeters and a pastor just for first-time guests. Stop by, grab a small gift, and say hello.
